Growth: We have doubled in size in the last 6 months and are looking to double again this year.
You Will
Lead the charge of Agile services delivery for clients cloud transformation journeys
Help the team adopt and improve agile methods and practice that lead to the successful delivery of services
Assist in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments removing roadblocks and leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members
Promote empowerment of the team ensure that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team
Manage project timelines budgets and maintain costs to remain within or under budget
Coordinate sprints retrospective meetings and daily standups
Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders
Estimate and track project velocity costs develop resource plans and work to assess potential issues and risk
Resolve conflicts remove obstacles and help teams implement changes effectively
Ensure deliverables are up to highquality standards at the end of each sprint/release
Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects
You Have
3 years of experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
PostSecondary education
PMIACP CSM or equivalent preferred
Very effective interpersonal skills including mentoring coaching collaborating and team building
Strong analytical planning and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands
Ability to grasp highlevel technical concepts quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Creative approach to problemsolving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
Strong time management skills
