Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team. Located in Brisbane and reporting to our Regional Director Oceania you will lead our Richlandsbased internal sales team.
Responsibilities include
Manage all operational aspects of the branch including sales customer service human resources and administration
Build and leverage effective business relationships with customers
Coach and develop knowledge and skills of team members to cultivate a team culture of high performance and bestinclass customer service
Implement plans and strategies to ensure consistent monthly and annual achievement of sales budgets and KPIs
Actively promote TVH Workplace Health and Safety policies
About you Skills experience and qualifications
This role will suit a branch/parts manager from within the materials handling or industrial aftermarket or automotive parts component market with the best mix of:
At least 5 years experience in a parts based distribution business
Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development
Genuine passion for delivering a highquality service and instilling in others to do so
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading a team
Sound conflict resolution problemsolving and interpersonal skills
Sound computer systems and data analysis skills including the use of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
Knowledge of Salesforce/Tableau is desirable but not essential
Qualifications in Business Management /Administration desirable but not essential
