Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our team. Located in Brisbane and reporting to our Regional Director Oceania you will lead our Richlandsbased internal sales team.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage all operational aspects of the branch including sales customer service human resources and administration

  • Build and leverage effective business relationships with customers

  • Coach and develop knowledge and skills of team members to cultivate a team culture of high performance and bestinclass customer service

  • Implement plans and strategies to ensure consistent monthly and annual achievement of sales budgets and KPIs

  • Actively promote TVH Workplace Health and Safety policies

About you Skills experience and qualifications

This role will suit a branch/parts manager from within the materials handling or industrial aftermarket or automotive parts component market with the best mix of:

  • At least 5 years experience in a parts based distribution business

  • Exceptional customer focus and a flair for sales/business development

  • Genuine passion for delivering a highquality service and instilling in others to do so

  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading a team

  • Sound conflict resolution problemsolving and interpersonal skills

  • Sound computer systems and data analysis skills including the use of Microsoft Office/Google Suite

  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Tableau is desirable but not essential

  • Qualifications in Business Management /Administration desirable but not essential
