About The Opportunity
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising Wunderbuild software for effective project and staff management.
- Solving construction challenges using a diverse range of materials and techniques.
- Performing handson carpentry including tasks related to footings framing and finishing.
- Supervising a small team or apprentices onsite to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
- Handling various project types including residential renovations and additions bathroom and kitchen renovations deck installations and specialty projects.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in interpreting tenders quotes contracts
- Experience in quoting quantity calculations and ordering
- A wellrounded experience in residential construction and carpentry.
- Openmindedness and a desire for personal and professional growth.
- The ability to manage projects from planning to completion effectively.
- A collaborative attitude complemented by strong problemsolving skills.
- A strong understanding of building techniques and project management principles.
