The DeVille School of Business at Walsh University is interested in expanding its pool of qualified parttime faculty to instruct a variety of business and economics related coursework in undergraduate and MBA programs.
We are especially looking for parttime faculty in the following areas: accounting finance marketing economics data analytics quality & performance management and statistics. Examples of course areas include: accounting; finance; global business; project management; consumer behavior in marketing; statistics and quantitative analysis.
The traditional undergraduate business program degree completion undergraduate business program and MBA program all operate on two eightweek sessions per semester. The traditional undergraduate business program is both inclass and online while the degree completion and MBA program are online
Adjunct faculty are needed for all programs and delivery modes. The opportunity to teach is offered on a bysemester basis to qualified instructors who have successfully participated in a faculty assessment process. Instruction may include traditional inclass eLearning or hybrid course delivery.
Minimum Education and Experience Eligibility Criteria requirements outlined by the DeVille School of Business are:
An MBA or Masters degree in economics or businessrelated area.
Five years of professional or work related experience in the teaching area following achievement of an MBA or Masters degree in economics or businessrelated area.
A CPA CMA or CIA are required for instruction in the accounting program.
