Position: PMO Head

Our client is a leading fit out company in Jeddah Saudi Arabia specializing in largescale projects for commercial residential and hospitality sectors. With a strong track record of delivering highquality fit out solutions our client has established themselves as a market leader in the industry.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PMO Head to lead our project management office and oversee the successful delivery of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing largescale projects and a strong understanding of the fit out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project management office ensuring effective project delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement project management processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure consistency across all projects
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and provide solutions to ensure project success
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design procurement and construction to ensure smooth project
  • Mentor and develop project management team members providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients consultants and contractors to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and implement improvements to project management processes as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering construction management or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of the fit out industry including knowledge of materials techniques and regulations
  • Proven track record in successfully managing largescale projects preferably in the commercial residential or hospitality sectors
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
