About the Position:
As a Travel Advisor youll support customers in planning and booking customized trips offering expert guidance to ensure a hasslefree journey. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with booking flights accommodations and unique travel experiences tailored to their needs
- Provide expert travel recommendations based on preferences and budgets
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat with professionalism and care
- Manage booking modifications and efficiently resolve travelrelated issues
- Stay informed on travel trends special offers and destination insights
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience ideally in call centers or support roles
- Strong problemsolving multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
