As we continue to expand we are looking for a highly motivated and resultsdriven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our presence in the Vancouver region.

Position Overview

This is a hunter role ideal for a competitive selfmotivated salesperson who thrives on identifying and acquiring new clients. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our customer base converting prospects into longterm partners and increasing sales of wheels and tools in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new business opportunities in Vancouver and surrounding areas.
  • Prospect and engage with new clients converting customers from competitors to Canadian Wheel.
  • Build strong relationships with decisionmakers in the automotive retail wholesale and distribution sectors.
  • Conduct onsite client visits delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to leverage promotional campaigns and drive lead generation.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales pipeline market conditions and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in sales or business development
  • Hunter mentality driven persistent and focused on acquiring new clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a sales territory.
  • Passion for the automotive and wheel industry
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software is an asset.
