Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team in Cincinnati OH. As an SDR you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities nurturing prospects and helping to build the pipeline for our Account Executives. This role requires excellent communication skills a strategic mindset and a passion for sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients through various channels (email phone networking CRM)
Engage with inbound and outbound leads to qualify sales opportunities
Schedule discovery meetings and demos for senior sales representatives
Maintain accurate records of outreach and communication in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team to improve outreach strategies
Follow up with prospective clients and ensure consistent pipeline development
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
1 year of experience in a sales lead generation or customer-facing role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Resilient coachable and able to work independently or in a team
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
