Were working with a fastgrowing global tech company on the lookout for an experienced and driven Lead Account Manager to join their APAC Sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales this is a handson leadership role focused on revenue growth account retention and building a highperforming Account Management team.

Lead coach and grow a Sydneybased team of Account Managers to exceed performance targets
Build deep consultative relationships with key accounts identifying upsell and crosssell opportunities
Take ownership of the regions sales pipeline and revenue reporting
Play a key role in hiring and onboarding new team members embedding a strong sales culture
Collaborate with the VP of Sales and wider leadership to align local with global strategy
Use CRM and data tools to track KPIs and optimise team performance
What Youll Bring
35 years of sales leadership experience ideally in B2B SaaS or legal tech
Proven success in hitting revenue targets and retaining strategic accounts
Strong teambuilding and coaching experience in highperformance environments
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g. Challenger SPIN Miller Heiman)
Confident working with Salesforce and performance reporting tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Lead a growing team in a company undergoing exciting APAC expansion
