Your Role:
As a UI/UX Designer you will be at the heart of creating usercentric designs for web and mobile applications. Youll collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to bring innovative userfriendly interfaces to life.
Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Conduct user research & usability testing to refine and improve designs.
Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers to ensure seamless implementation.
Apply A/B testing and datadriven decisions to optimize the user experience.
Ensure designs align with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Stay ahead of UI/UX trends tools and best practices.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Expertise in Figma (or other design tools).
Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of A/B testing & datadriven design.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript React AngularJS) is a plus.
Experience with UX research methodologies (user interviews surveys usability testing).
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Industry experience in Insurance Wealth Management or Financial Services is a plus.
