Job Description
Step into the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a high degree of business acumen to lead and manage the successful delivery of MilDef tactical IT solutions in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a proven deep understanding of the defence sector and delivery of IT solutions to both strategic B2G accounts and key B2B customers.
You are responsible for developing maintaining and managing longterm relationships with our key strategic customers in line with our growth trajectory. The role requires a high degree of business acumen and a strong combination of shortterm business drive and longterm business planning technical understanding and sales drive to achieve results.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and drive endtoend of tactical IT programs and projects ensuring successful delivery.
- Develop and manage relationships with strategic key customers and business partners ensuring high customer satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
- Identify customer requirements and propose solutions that add business value both for the customer and MilDef.
- Guide the business from the idea stage to a longterm business relationship ensuring value transfer throughout the entire sales cycle from prospecting and requirements analysis to closing and followup.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet customer and business objectives and achieve success.
- Ensure adherence to time schedules budgets and product quality.

To be successful in the role we believe you possess many of the below traits:
- Excellent program management skills and business acumen with an urge to close deals.
- Proven ability to manage multifaceted programs balancing technical and business priorities.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven technical understanding of militarygraded IT solutions.
- Experience from working with governments and industry in the defence or related sector.
- A structured and organized approach.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages is required for this role.
