CRM Manager

What you will be doing:

As CRM Manager you will be responsible for maximizing customer lifetime value and retention by building strong personalized relationships through datadriven CRM and Loyalty strategies. You will play a crucial role in driving business growth (both D2C and B2B2C) through performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. Your efforts will be pivotal in optimizing both customer loyalty and acquisition initiatives ultimately contributing to the companys sustainable business success.

• Creating planning executing and sending email and app campaigns including adhoc mailings and automated campaigns.
• Briefing and aligning content with internal stakeholders such as Brand Activation manger Media & Campaign Manager D2C Sales and Category Management team.
• Define personalized and automated customer journeys using our marketing automation tool to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Measure and optimize campaign performance (open rates clicks conversions.. to extract meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs related to customer relationships (retention rates NPS CLV) to identify growth opportunities or areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to marketing and sales teams.
• Work closely with the global CRM team to troubleshoot technical issues related to CRM and data.

The CRM Manager we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent through experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in CRM management email marketing or a similar marketing role.
• Fluent in either Dutch/English or French/English.
• Experienced with marketing automation/email tools (e.g. Bloomreach Flexmail). Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data management.
• Solid understanding of data privacy and protection regulations (GDPR).
