Job Description

Reception Team Leader
First impressions are everything! As a Reception Team Leader you will lead the team taking care of our guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:

  • Leading the reception teams to deliver great guest experiences and working with the team on reception as needed by the business.
  • Working with the reservations team leader to ensure all reservations (including groups) are accurate and all guest requests are responded too
  • Supporting the front office manager with daily banking and account reconciliation as well as accounts receivable processes.

Qualifications :

Good with computers and microsoft applications
Service focused personality is essential


Additional Information :

Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is a benefit but not essential
Fluency in English
Additional languages are a plus
