Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales or Business Development Professional to join our team and drive growth for a leading advanced materials solutions provider. Our company specializes in developing manufacturing and marketing highly engineered materials and services for global markets including Consumer Electronics Automotive and Semiconductor industries.

About the Role:

As the Sales & Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in doubling U.S. revenue within the next three years by identifying new opportunities expanding our customer base and fostering strong relationships. To excel in this position you should possess deep product knowledge a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and establish a highperformance resultsoriented culture.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities both with existing customers and new prospects.

  • Deliver compelling presentations on products and services to potential clients.

  • Recommend product improvements demonstrating how enhanced materials can reduce costs and improve performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers understanding their current and future needs to influence purchasing decisions.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address technical challenges ensuring customer requirements are met.

  • Drive account expansion upselling additional products and services to existing customers.

  • Work closely with engineers and procurement teams to align products with design and manufacturing needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling adhesives tapes foams EMI materials or similar solutions to consumer electronics companies.

  • Strong industry relationships particularly with Apple are highly desirable.

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in a related industry.

  • Familiarity with the Consumer Electronics Automotive or Semiconductor industries.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
