Front Office Manager (m/f/d) in our Radisson Blu Hotel Hamburg
Are you a passionate host and lead your team with heart and professionalism Then we have just the right job for you!
As a Front Office Manager you are the face of our hotel and work with your team to ensure exceptional guest moments from the warm welcome to the perfect checkout.
Tasks
- Leading and motivating the front office team you are both a role model and a coach
- Ensuring smooth operations at the reception desk
- Creating shift vacation and duty rosters
- Responsibility for the department budget and developing strategies to achieve targets
- Continuous optimization of the guest experience
Requirements
- Experience in the front office area as well as first leadership experience
- Passion for excellent service and guest satisfaction
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- IT affinity and quick grasp of new systems
- Team spirit solution orientation and an open ear for your colleagues
