Job Description

  • The HR Manager acts as the primary HR Business Partner for a SubRegional Business Line (SubRBL) supporting several decentralized Business Units. The role is responsible for enabling workforce success through the entire employee life cycle while supporting leadership with HR expertise processes and tools.
  • Lead and support key HR core processes including recruitment onboarding performance management compensation career development and learningensuring highquality delivery across the employee life cycle.
  • Foster engagement retention and organizational development through e. g. structured annual dialogue processes career pathways and targeted health initiatives.
  • Actively manage employee relations ensuring collaboration with local employee representatives and support committee work within the decentralized structure.
  • Oversee labor relations ensuring effective collaboration with employee representatives and compliance with local requirements.
  • Ensure legal compliance across HR processes including implementation of EU directives (e.g. Working Time Directive Pay Transparency) and advise managers on employment law topics.
  • Support continuous improvement of systems and workflows.
  • Lead or participate in HR projects focused on digitalization compensation structures wellbeing employee engagement ensuring crossfunctional coordination and implementation.

Sustainability Responsibilities:

  • In addition to your HR tasks you drive the development and implementation of our sustainability and ESG strategy ensuring alignment with global standards and our commitment to responsible growth.
  • You drive sitelevel sustainability initiatives and manage all aspects of our EcoVadis assessments from preparation to submission.
  • You coordinate ESG data and stakeholder communication to ensure transparency compliance and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Law Psychology or a related field
  • First professional experience in a generalist or HR Business Partner role ideally in a multisite or matrix organization.
  • Proven knowledge and handson experience across the full employee life cycle
  • Strong understanding of European labor law and HR compliance topics with the ability to advise managers and ensure legal adherence.
  • Experience in managing labor relations and cooperation with employee representatives
  • Demonstrated ability to lead or support HR projects
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainability and ESG topics particularly in coordinating EcoVadis assessments or similar CSR frameworks.
  • High level of selforganization and ownership with strong communication skills and a collaborative businessoriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Proficient with digital HR systems and tools; datadriven and comfortable working with KPIs and reports.
