Job Description
MISSION
Are you passionate about digital and eager to gain handson experience in a dynamic and fastpaced environment Join our eCommerce Market & Trading team as an Intern and contribute to impactful projects at both a regional and European level. In this role you will work closely with the eCommerce Manager and Director supporting daily operations data analysis and reporting while collaborating across multiple departments.
What will you do
- Assist in daily operational tasks related to eCommerce activities.
- Support in preparing reports presentations and data analysis.
- Collaborate with different teams to coordinate projects and ensure timelines are met.
- Contribute to various regional and European eCommerce initiatives.
- Gain exposure to digital marketing trading and online business strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES (Specify)
The role could include but is not limited to:
- Operational Support: Assist in supporting daily tasks such as updating the support data base to help the hotels
- Project Participation: Support and contribute to key departmental projects and initiatives such as management of business review with niche OTAs
- Data & Reporting: Collect analyze and present data to support decisionmaking processes.
- Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization and suggest potential enhancements.
- Learning & Development: Engage in structured training and development activities aligned with career aspirations.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the department.

Qualifications :
PROFILE
The ideal candidate should have:
- Education: You are a student in your final year from a business or hospitalityrelated program
- Skills: Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
- Mindset: Proactive adaptable and eager to learn.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in fastpaced environments and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Youre familiar with Microsoft Excel Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Languages: You are fluent in French and English (written and spoken); Spanish is a bonus
