Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Internal Auditor Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity offers handson experience in the field of internal auditing providing valuable insights into corporate governance risk management and internal control processes.

  • Assist in planning and executing internal audit procedures under the guidance of senior team members
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks and control weaknesses
  • Prepare clear and concise audit workpapers to document findings and support conclusions
  • Participate in meetings with various departments to gather information and understand business processes
  • Help develop recommendations for improving internal controls and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to the preparation of audit reports for management review
  • Support the team in special projects and adhoc assignments as needed

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools
  • Basic understanding of internal control frameworks (e.g. COSO)
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of internal auditing
  • Basic understanding of auditing processes and risk assessment is a plus

Additional Information :

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $30.00 $40.00. This range is a goodfaith estimate based on the qualifications necessary for the position including experience training and other considerations permitted by law.Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidates skills experience and geographic location the expected quality and quantity of work and internal pay alignment as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.An employees pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
