Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition and Partnership Manager playing a pivotal role in expanding our client base fostering partnerships and ensuring seamless delivery of our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Building
  • Identify and target potential clients across various industries.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to win client confidence.
  1. Strategic Partnerships and Empanelment
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and empanelment with clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to align with business goals.
  • Act as a key liaison to ensure mutual success in partnerships.
  1. Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Track and report on sales metrics forecasting and growth trends.
  1. Delivery Management
  • Ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services to clients.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure client requirements are met within agreed timelines.
  • Proactively address client concerns to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  1. Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive insights.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve client engagement and retention.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven track record in client acquisition business development and partnership management.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of specific industry/market if relevant.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field (Master s degree preferred).
