Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is critical to driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services across our hospitality and facility management offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development within the hospitality services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify target and develop new business opportunities across sectors such as hotels exhibitions food services canteens catering and facility/security management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct client meetings presentations and site visits to showcase the company s service offerings.
- Negotiate contracts agreements and service terms with clients.
- Act as a point of contact for clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights to senior management regarding market trends and opportunities.
Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports including forecasts progress updates and achieved targets.
- Maintain an updated CRM database with client details communication logs and followup actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Hospitality Management or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
- For Sales Executive: Minimum of 23 years of experience in sales preferably in the hospitality or facility management sector.
- For Assistant Manager: Minimum of 46 years of proven sales and business development experience in the industry.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of hospitality services and facility management solutions.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Goaloriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
