Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Exhibition
Overview:
The Sales & Marketing Events & Exhibition role is a critical position within our organization and we are responsible for driving revenue through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives in the exhibition sector.
.By collaborating with internal teams and external partners the individual in this position will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility building client relationships and maximizing the impact of each exhibition.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the exhibition landscape exceptional communication skills and the ability to analyze market trends to seize opportunities. As the face of our brand in exhibitions this position is integral to our overall marketing strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for exhibitions for Pharma lab and auto industry
  • Plan and coordinate exhibition logistics including booth design setup and breakdown.
  • Identify and engage potential clients at industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships pre during and postexhibition.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for exhibitions.
  • Manage exhibition budgets to ensure costeffectiveness.
  • Oversee the training and preparation of sales staff for exhibitions.
  • Monitor and report on exhibition performance metrics.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract attendees to our booth.
  • Network with industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
  • Gather and analyze competitor insights during exhibitions.
  • Facilitate postevent followups with leads generated during exhibitions.
  • Traveling During exhibition.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing specifically in exhibitions.
  • Strong understanding of exhibition industry trends and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple projects..
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events.
