Lead the recruitment process for various positions across all levels in the manufacturing plant from bluecollar to whitecollar roles.
Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of job vacancies.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job posting candidate screening interviews and offer management.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to build a talent pipeline.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the recruitment process.
2. Performance Management:
Oversee the implementation and of performance management systems ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Guide managers in conducting regular performance appraisals and provide feedback on employee development.
Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and suggest appropriate learning programs.
Manage the performance improvement process for underperforming employees and facilitate coaching or mentoring.
3. Payroll & Compensation:
Administer payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely payment of salaries bonuses and other benefits.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws taxation and benefits regulations related to payroll.
Collaborate with finance to manage payrollrelated budgeting forecasting and cost control.
Address employee queries related to compensation tax and deductions.
4. HR Operations & Employee Relations:
Manage and streamline HR operations including onboarding employee records attendance and timekeeping systems.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures in accordance with local labor laws and industry best practices.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters addressing grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement through communication and recognition programs.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention and reduce turnover.
5. Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable local state and federal employment laws.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management including metrics on recruitment turnover performance management and employee engagement.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR data with discretion and security.
