REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 3 Years.
- Expertise in C# and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Handson experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales and Service modules.
- Expertise in developing solutions to optimize sales processes customer service and case management workflows
- Strong experience as a Power Platform Developer capable of designing building and supporting automation solutions across business units.
- Handson experience in developing Canvas Apps and ModelDriven Apps.
- Deep understanding of Power Platform Environments Power Platform Licensing Dataverse and thirdparty data sources (nonCDS).
- Proficiency in working with Connectors DLP Policies Power Platform Core Framework reusable components and security roles.
- Extensive experience developing Power Automate flows to support backend processes including bulk data updates in Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services such as Azure AD Groups SharePoint OneDrive etc.
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus enhancing adaptability to multicloud environments.
- Proven ability to work as an independent contributor participating in the design development and implementation of application systems.
- Actively seeks and shares knowledge with others effectively communicating and presenting information in a clear and organized manner.
- Ability to resolve challenges efficiently working closely with project managers and executive management when needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas strategies and successes resonate within the team and with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Writing and reviewing great quality code
- Understanding functional requirements thoroughly and analysing the clients needs in the context of the project.
- Envisioning the overall solution for defined functional and nonfunctional requirements and being able to define technologies patterns and frameworks to realize it
- Determining and implementing design methodologies and tool sets
- Enabling application development by coordinating requirements schedules and activities.
- Being able to lead/support UAT and production roll outs
- Creating understanding and validating WBS and estimated effort for given module/task and being able to justify it
- Addressing issues promptly responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement
- Giving constructive feedback to the team members and setting clear expectations.
- Helping the team in troubleshooting and resolving of complex bugs
- Coming up with solutions to any issue that is raised during code/design review and being able to justify the decision taken
- Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
