Job Description
Top skill set: especially highlighted in Black
- Expert mastery of design tools including Figma and prototyping platforms
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Experience in leading design strategies for complex systems
- Define and implement research methodologies to uncover deep user insights
- Create and validate highimpact design solutions through prototypes and testing
What we are looking for
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UX design with an outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and complex problemsolving
- Deep expertise in design systems and pattern libraries
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring junior designers
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Expert mastery of design tools including Figma and prototyping platforms
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical constraints
- Track record of driving usercentred design initiatives
- Experience in leading design strategies for complex systems
- Scrum certification and experience in agile environments preferred
