Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Virtual Vacation Advisor will work remotely to help clients plan memorable vacations from weekend getaways to monthlong adventures. You will provide personalized travel recommendations based on individual preferences book hotel accommodations suggest activities and help clients make the most of their vacation time.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly with clients to understand their vacation goals.
Offer tailored travel options and itineraries based on client preferences.
Book flights hotels and tours while ensuring the best rates.
Maintain and grow client relationships
Assist clients in itinerary formulation.
Represent clients with any necessary supplier issues
Assist clients in handling travel adjustments or emergencies.
Requirements
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with various destinations and vacation planning tools.
Previous experience in travel planning or hospitality.
Proficient at research
Well organized
Coachable
Strong communication skills.
Interest in the travel industry.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Organized with strong attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset
Good at Multitasking
Ability to prioritize daytoday responsibilities with goal attainments
