Job Description

Industrial Mechanic background

Experience in Preventive Maintenance Vision System Automation System Mechanical troubleshooting Equipment Timing and Synchronization Maximo Software Experience

1. Perform advanced maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on packaging and inspection equipment

2. Troubleshoot mechanical electrical and automationrelated issues

3. Identify rootcauses and apply corrective actions to prevent equipment failures

4. Support spare parts inventory tracking and management

5. Complete accurate documentation (logbooks work orders daily logs)

6. Follow all cGMP CFR SOPs and facility policies

7. Develop revise and review job plans and SOPs for maintenance tasks

8. Recommend improvements to optimize equipment performance and maintenance programs

9. Act as a technical expert and trainer supporting teammates with troubleshooting and proper equipment use

10. Provide excellent internal customer support with clear detailed technical communication

11. May serve as a team lead delegating and overseeing maintenance tasks

Requirements

Associate s degree & 4 years of Maintenance experience
Alternatively High school diploma / GED & 6 years of Maintenance experience

12hrs shifts 5:00PM to 5:30AM
