Job Description
This is a remote position.
Search local job boards to identify relevant job postings within the industry.
Research and find the best email contact for each job posting using company websites LinkedIn and other resources.
Follow a structured process to send tailored emails to identified contacts promoting our services.
Maintain an organized record of outreach efforts and followups.
Ensure consistency in the outreach process while using creative research strategies to identify the right contacts.
Proactively reach out to potential clients through calls emails and other communication channels.
Achieve daily KPIs related to call volume lead engagement and other relevant metrics.
Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring ongoing engagement and identifying new business opportunities.
Present the companys products or services in a compelling manner addressing the specific needs and concerns of prospects.
Participate in sales video calls as needed presenting product demos or addressing client inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads and provide insights on market trends and customer feedback.
Continuously update the CRM or relevant systems with client interactions feedback and sales progress.
Strong research skills with the ability to find relevant contacts online through various platforms (company websites LinkedIn etc..
Excellent written communication skills to craft professional and compelling outreach emails.
Ability to follow structured processes while adapting research methods to identify the right contacts.

Previous experience in lead generation recruitment or outreach roles is a plus.
