This is a remote position.

Account Marketing Manager Drive Recruitment Results Through Creative Marketing


FullTime 40 Hours per week

Starts at PHP 60000

NightShift Working hours 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PHT Monday to Friday


About the Role:

As the Account Marketing Manager youll play a key role in powering recruitment through creative marketing campaigns and efficient data management. You ll work closely with the VP of Marketing and Branding as well as the Creative Director to produce compelling content and ensure recruitment efforts are wellorganized trackable and effective.


The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation graphic design and video editing with proficiency in CapCut Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate Marketing Content & Campaign Support

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop recruitmentfocused content strategies.

  • Lead projects to update and enhance marketing creatives including content design and video ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment marketing efforts.

  • Create marketing materials social posts videos graphics emails SMS for recruitment and event promotion.

  • Use tools like CapCut Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to maintain a highquality branded visual presence.



2. Manage and Maintain the Recruiting CRM and Data

  • Keep the candidate database accurate complete and wellorganized with uptodate contact details and regional tagging (phone personal email social media URLs personal funding data).

  • Perform regular data audits to maintain clean usable records and ensure smooth recruitment workflows.

3. Support Hiring Managers with Social Media Campaigns

  • Build and manage personalized social media content tailored to hiring managers styles and goals.

  • Manage social media content and post on behalf of hiring managers optimizing for engagement while maintaining brand consistency.

4. Promote and Coordinate Recruitment Events

  • Take full responsibility for driving attendance for online and inperson events such as Lead Lift webinars and retreats.

  • Develop and execute campaigns via digital ads emails SMS and social media to drive attendance.

  • Set up personalized Zoom links for online webinars tailored to the hiring managers branding and audience and ensure smooth event logistics.


5. Track Campaign Results and Report Insights

  • Track performance metrics of the marketing automation system and recruitment funnels from prospect awareness to new hire conversion.

  • Run reports on event attendance campaign outcomes

  • Run accountability reports for hiring managers ensuring they meet their recruitmentrelated tasks such as calls and interviews and provide insights to improve performance.

  • Provide actionable insights to improve strategy and .


6. Send SMS Messages and Facilitate Engagement

  • Act as a liaison and manage SMS outreach to prospects on behalf of hiring managers.

  • Facilitate warm handoffs and ensure timely followup and communication.

7. Organize Projects and Ensure Task Completion

  • Use Asana to manage projects assign tasks meet deadlines and communicate updates.

  • Keep all recruitment and marketing activities organized transparent and on track for team visibility and accountability.


Performance Milestones:

First 30 Days:

  • Manage and organize the candidate database while becoming fully proficient with the CRM Asana and other relevant marketing tools.

By 60 Days:

  • Keep the recruitment database 100 accurate and uptodate with all contacts correctly assigned to their respective regions.

  • Maintain 90 satisfaction rate from hiring managers on social media support demonstrating boosts in engagement and reach.

By 90 Days:

  • Demonstrate the effectiveness of marketing automation in turning prospects into new hires by improving conversion rates.

  • Regularly hit goals for moving prospects through each stage of the recruitment funnel from first contact to hire.

By 180 Days:

  • Achieve or exceed attendance goals for all recruitment events with at least 300 attendees for the Lead Lift series and 50 guests for biyearly inperson retreats.


Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):

  • Deliver highquality onbrand content and maintain a 90 satisfaction rate from hiring managers on tailored social media support and demonstrate boosts in engagement and reach.

  • Regularly hit goals for moving prospects through each stage of the entire recruitment process.

  • Keep meeting or exceeding attendance targets for all recruitment events and keep improving strategies to increase turnout.

  • Ensure hiring managers receive timely support with social media engagement.

  • Stay highly organized by using Asana to track all projects and make sure all relevant marketing and recruitment work is done on time following brand standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in content creation writing graphic design and video editing.

  • Proficiency with CapCut Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.

  • Experience managing CRMs (Go High Level preferred) managing marketing automation systems and maintaining data accuracy.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools for email marketing SMS digital ads and social media.

  • Strong organizational skills and experience using Asana or similar project management tools.

  • Previous experience in event coordination and campaign focusing on achieving attendance goals.

  • Strong reporting and analytical skills to track recruitment funnel metrics marketing performance and hiring manager accountability..

  • Effective communicator able to support multiple stakeholders including hiring managers.

  • A degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or similar is a plus but equivalent experience is welcome.

  • Must be available to work during the client s specified hours.
