If you thrive in an independent work environment and have experience with digital form tools like JotForms and IndyForms this role is for you!

About the Role:

As a Template Creator your primary responsibility will be turning Word document instructions into structured accurate and fully functional digital form templates. You ll work independently with minimal supervision ensuring all templates meet quality standards and are optimised for user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Create & Optimize Digital Form Templates

• Design and develop functional userfriendly form templates for the IndieForms platform.
  

• Ensure templates meet accuracy consistency and usability standards.
  

• Follow structured instructions from Word documents to ensure precise implementation.
  

Ensure Accuracy & Functionality

• Review templates to confirm they align with the provided specifications.
  

• Test forms for functionality formatting and user experience improvements.
  

• Troubleshoot and refine templates as needed to meet project requirements.
  

Manage Workflow & Collaboration

• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team.
  

• Adhere to deadlines and quality expectations ensuring timely delivery of form templates.
  

• Suggest improvements for efficiency and template standardization where applicable.
  

Key Performance Objectives

• Accuracy Rate: Maintain a 98 accuracy rate in template creation.
  

• Efficiency: Meet or exceed the expected number of templates completed as required.
  

• Independence: Effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring highquality output.
  

• Performance Milestone: Complete your first batch of templates with minimal revisions in the first 30 days.

Requirements

• Experience using digital form builders (e.g. JotForms Typeform Google Forms or similar tools).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Reliable remote work setup including stable internet connection and ability to work aligned with Queensland office hours.
