Job Description

Were looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Veterinary Lead Receptionist and Office Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front office managing a team of receptionists and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between clients veterinary staff and other team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills leadership experience and a passion for working in the veterinary field.


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in a veterinary office or similar customer service role with at least 12 years in a supervisory or management position.
  • 40 hours a week rotating weekends
  • Time will be split: Floor/Admin 
  • Oversee the daily administrative functions of the veterinary office ensuring a wellorganized and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise train and mentor reception staff to ensure highquality customer service.
  • Ensure that the office environment remains clean safe and welcoming for clients and staff.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and veterinary materials placing orders as necessary.
  • Manage office scheduling including coordinating with the veterinary team to ensure appropriate coverage for appointments and surgeries.
  • Handle staff scheduling ensuring proper coverage and compliance with labor laws.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications to keep all team members informed about clinic operations and changes.
