Job Description
- Experience in application support
- Application support Provide 1st line application support for a Manufacturing System.
- Request and Incident Management Triage incoming requests and assign to relevant Support Level. Ensure that all requests and incidents are responded within the time specified by the Service Level agreements. Conduct all Daily activities in accordance with change control procedures.
- Change Execute changes within the system as specified by change request documents.
- Software implementation troubleshooting and application management skills Change Control & Technical documentation
- Define operational alerts and associated thresholds for alerting
Qualifications :
- Third level qualification desirable
- Excellent process methodology and be process driven
- Ability to problem solve and be proactive when faced with a challenge
- Performance monitoring and tuning
- Strong customer focus / stakeholder management
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with crossfunctional teams
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Maintain high levels of organization.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
- Experience with SQL (Desirable but not essential)
