You will be responsible for refining and optimizing your team members portfolios as well as always seek to enhance the teams incentive structure.
You will actively contribute to internal projects and strategic decisionmaking as well as collaborating with other teams and departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the teams performance and aligning it with the companys overall objectives.
As a Regional Manager you will be a part of the Commercial Department and you will be reporting to the Head of Account Management.

Qualifications :
Have a bachelors degree related to account management sales business or a similar field
Leadership experience an advantage if you also have work experience with customer relationship and sales
Have a commercial mindset
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
