Job Description
- Process complex invoices consistently accurately and timely.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Monitor AP email box and provide timely response.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments as issues arise.
Qualifications :
- 3 years Accounts Payable Experience required
- High attention to detail
- High accuracy rate
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work on a closeknit team
- Ability to follow set procedures consistently
- Excellent Communication
- Excellent Organization Skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills required
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge
