Job Description
Responsible for document development including writing editing layout and production for a variety of client deliverables. These may include proposals and presentations depending on the need.
Create customized graphics charts and diagrams to illustrate technical concepts.
Research write edit and format original proposal content including project descriptions staff summaries resumes and other sections as assigned.
Edit content from technical staff to create a clear voice and consistent style.
Responsible for document formatting layout production packaging and maintenance of proposal production supplies.
Assists with facilitating proposal meetings and manage proposal assignments and deadlines.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in English Writing Mass Communications Journalism or related field preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Marketing sales proposal and/or technical writing experience is preferred.
Solid communication and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency with grammar punctuation spelling and style guides.
Ability to listen well and quickly solicit information from technical staff.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to quickly produce content.
Positive attitude under pressure strong team player responsible dedicated and selfmotivated.
Ability to manage time multitask and excel with multiple priorities in a deadlineoriented and highly collaborative environment.
Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop and Indesign.
Valid Drivers License and in good standing. Occasional travel necessary.
