Job Description
This role will be responsible for empowering the team to deliver value efficiently (endtoend in their value stream) by removing roadblocks and optimising flow (Delivery).
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise delivery processes (ie. Ways of working) to improve flow and product outcomes creating an environment which enables rapid iteration to deliver value; including removing obstacles that block progress managing business stakeholders and dependency management across other value streams.
- Facilitate Team Alignment ensure delivery goals align with product outcomes; includes leading scrum ceremonies such as planning and retro sessions developing sprint plans to track delivery of value and appropriate resource allocation
- Communicate progress develop release notes and facilitate business playback/showcases; and reporting required for strategic initiatives
- Cost leadership monitor manage and report on the delivery cost of value stream to ensure work is delivered within budget
- Collaboration and coordination working with Project Managers to deliver value for strategic initiatives
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in project management preferably within the technology sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Ability to manage risks and ensure project quality
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
