Job Description
We are looking for a SAP Logistics/3PL Consultant to support the integration of thirdparty logistics within SAP systems as part of a broader digital transformation program. This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams aligning business processes and ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP modules and external logistics providers.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct GAP analysis and lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Design and support 3PL integration using EDI IDoc and SAP WM functionalities (e.g. Handling Units batch management inventory control)
- Collaborate with SAP modules including MM SD and LE to ensure endtoend process integration
- Define business workflows and functional specifications (URS FS)
- Coordinate testing activities and support cutover planning and data migration
- Liaise with technical teams for solution development and unit testing
- Ensure highquality documentation and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in SAP rollouts within validated pharmaceutical environments (animal and human health)
- Strong understanding of the VModel and GxP compliance
- Deep functional and technical expertise in SAP logistics modules (SD MM LE) including configuration and data migration
- Skilled in creating URS documents defining ToBe processes and working with tools like Solution Manager ITEMS and HP ALM
- Handson experience with system configuration testing training and enduser support
- Strong communication stakeholder management and change management capabilities
- Experience leading international project teams and collaborating with thirdparty providers such as 3PLs
- Comfortable facilitating workshops trainings and test sessions onsite
- Proficient in documentation SOPs and process design in English
- Advanced Excel skills and a serviceoriented mindset
