Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customeroriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing highquality support to clients handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson interactions
Provide accurate information about products services and company policies
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Assist in processing orders applications and service requests
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Excellent problemsolving and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
High school diploma or equivalent required
