We are seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Client Account Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client accounts ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and providing solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a proactive approach and the ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and support
Address client inquiries concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand business relationships
Prepare and present reports on account performance and client feedback
Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and account activities
Assist in contract renewals negotiations and service agreements
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in account management customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Highly organized with strong timemanagement skills
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or a related field preferred
