We are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently on schedule and within budget. The Project Coordinator will work closely with various departments manage timelines and oversee project documentation to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning organizing and executing projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics
Maintain and update project documentation schedules and deliverables
Identify potential risks and provide solutions to keep projects on track
Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation
Ensure that all projectrelated communications are clear timely and effective
Support leadership in streamlining workflow and improving project efficiency
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination or a related role
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and a resultsdriven approach
Bachelors degree in Business Project Management or a related field preferred
