Job Description
The team at Greencross OConnor pride themselves on providing the best standard service to all clients and patients of the clinic whether young or old healthy or sick. What Youll Be Doing:
This role is 30 hours week
Carrying out a range of nursing duties including surgical medical consult emergency critical care and pathology
Assisting with minor procedures when needed
Handling caring for and cleaning up after all animals
Keeping our clinic sparkling clean including surgical areas and equipment
Providing a warm welcome to clients being the first point of contact and answering questions in person or over the phone
Managing appointments client accounts and patient admissions/discharges
Who Were Looking For:
If youre an experienced veterinary nurse whos passionate about providing exceptional care and loves working in a dynamic supportive team wed love to meet you! Heres what were hoping you bring:
A Cert IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing with a min. 2 years of handson experience
A strong understanding of veterinary nursing procedures and excellent animal handling skills
A calm friendly and approachable presence
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Flexibility and a teamfirst attitude
Familiarity with RX Works is a bonus but not a dealbreaker!
