Your Role:
- Engage with customers in our showroom and via phone/email providing expert advice
- Manage sales inquiries process orders and follow up on quotations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee sales data
- Check stock availability and liaise with suppliers
- Prepare and dispatch product samples
- Assist with bookkeeping (logging payments processing invoices and reconciling transactions)
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience in landscaping construction or a related industry (preferred)
- A customerfocused individual with strong communication skills
- Confident using office software and CRM systems (training provided)
- Highly organised detailoriented and proactive
- A positive teamoriented mindset with a drive to learn and grow
