Job Description
Sales Management Specialist
Your responsibility
- You will support the Europe Sales Team on matters of order management and logistics management to meet customers delivery request.
- You will collect monthly rolling forecast from Europe Sales Team and work with Planning and Logistic team in HQ to assure an appropriate stock level at warehouse in NL.
- You will collaborate with different departments to support on the achievement of monthly target revenue and timely escalate in case of risk.
- You will cooperates with ITFinanceLogistics etc. and contribute to continuously improve the effectiveness of the internal Sales process and CRM System.
- You will report to Sales Management Team in HQ collecting and maintaining different data for Sales KPI figures.
- You will support the Europe Sales team with the necessary requirements to assure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Above three years of working experience in position of Sales Operation & SupportInternational Logistics or relevant functions PV field is preferred.
- Education Background in International Trade and Logistics Business Administration is preferred.
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English other EU local language is a plus.
- High degree of service orientation (customer oriented) and can work under pressure.
- Good ability on collaborating internal resources and good communication skills.
- High attention on details and able to manage changing priorities in fast developing company.
