Operations provides the platform and tools to enable the organisation to deliver on its statutory objectives. We work in partnership with the rest of the organisation to provide specialist support across a wide range of areas to deliver quality services and value for money.
The HR Advisory team sits within HR Policy and Delivery. The focus of the team is to provide guidance coaching and support to people managers on a full range of people processes and policies.
What will you be doing
In this key role you will be aligned to an area of the organisation to build relationships and provide advice guidance and support to people managers on a full range of people processes policies and procedures. This will include probationperformance managementsickness absence flexible working as well as the informal stage(s) of grievances and disciplinaries. You will independently manage informal employee relations cases as well as working on longer term strategic projects. You will work in partnership with other teams in HR including Business Partnering and Employee Relations as well as external partners such as occupational health providers. You will use data and information to provide insight and take an evidenced based approach with stakeholders.
