Location: Hybrid Franklin TN

As a Senior Desktop Support Analyst you will:

Oversee and manage all enduser desktop hardware mobile devices software applications operating systems and network connectivity. Provide Tier 2 support for all ITrelated technical issues encountered by end users. The ideal candidate will possess an indepth knowledge of desktop operating systems hardware software applications and demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in customer service.


Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support endusers with hardware software and network issues both onsite and remotely.
  • Manage and resolve service tickets documenting solutions.
  • Monitor hardware software and licenses; recommend purchases.
  • Manage VOIP Phone Systems
  • Administer Virtual Desktop in a VMware and Azure Environment
  • Administer server applications like Faxing FTP Printing DNS DHCP etc.
  • Developing baseline operating system images for deployment using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) and Microsoft Intune
  • Utilize PowerShell or other automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Update management on end user needs and trends regularly.
  • Conduct new hire and onboarding training.
  • Configure and evaluate new product features within Operating Systems and Applications.
  • Develop modify and resolve issues with Group Policies (GPO)
  • Support all types of printers including copiers and zebra printers.
  • Participate in the IT rotation for afterhours oncall support.
  • Mentor junior technicians as needed.
  • Collaborate with thirdparty vendors on complex technical matters.
  • Administer file and folder NTFS permissions as well as sharing permissions.

Other Skills and Abilities
  • Skilled in Microsoft Active Directory and EntraID
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Teams OneDrive SharePoint
  • Proficient in both Windows and MAC operating systems
  • Proficient with Exchange Online
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Proficiency in Networking protocols: TCP/IP SFTP HTTP DNS DHCP SMTP
  • Excellent at providing highquality customer service to endusers.
Education
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Desktop Support Technician
  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A Network Security; Apple Certified (ACSP) AZ104
  • Associates degree in computer science IT or related field
