Job requirements
- Position: Quality Analyst
- Location: Edison NJ
- Test MFA authentication options such as SMS OTP PUSH Notifications (OneSpan) Cronto Code Scanning Security Key (FIDO2 and Biometric Authentication across web and mobile (iOS & Android) applications for HighRisk Transactions (HRT) and Ultra HighRisk Transactions (UHRT).
- Conduct Functional Smoke Regression Acceptance EndtoEnd and System Integration Testing while tracking and reporting defects promptly.
- Perform manual testing on web applications (Chrome Safari Firefox Edge) mobile applications (Android & iOS) API testing using Postman and database testing using SQL Developer.
- Validate Audit logs in UI Kafka Elastic Search Splunk TMX and SQL Developer.
- Test mobile apps on real devices and virtual platforms via Sauce Labs and Android Studio.
- Report and track defects using Jira collaborating with developers to ensure timely fixes.
- Analyze defect metrics and present findings to management.
- Write custom automation scripts for UI Database and API testing covering critical flows such as login password reset and twostep verification.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies to refine and estimate QA efforts for Sprint Stories.
- Work on key testing areas including Login Consent Login New User Registration Profile Updates and Push Notifications (Urban Airship) for mobile apps.
- Run GitLab automation jobs analyze failures and apply necessary fixes.
- Masters degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering Engineering (any) or related field plus 2 years of IT experience (including REST Splunk or Selenium).
- Alternatively a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science Data Analytics Engineering Engineering (any) or related field plus 5 years of progressive IT experience (including 2 years of experience in REST Splunk or Selenium).
- Any suitable combination of education training or experience will be considered.
