Love good beer great food and even better company Were on the hunt for a Sales Admin Assistant to join our team at Stomping Ground Brewery & Beer Hall!
ABOUT US
Were a proudly independent brewery built on the idea that beer should be for everyone. Inspired by Melbournes rich brewing history Stomping Ground has been bringing people together over quality craft beer since 2016. Our Collingwood Beer Hall is a big lively and welcoming space where mates families and beer lovers gather to enjoy great brews tasty food and good times.
ABOUT THE COLLINGWOOD VENUE & FOUNDERS
Housed in a converted warehouse our Collingwood Beer Hall is all about big communal tables high ceilings and a warm inviting atmosphere. Theres an open brewery where the magic happens a leafy beer garden and even a cubby house for the little ones. Its the kind of place where everyones welcomewhether youre here for a quick pint a long lunch or a brewery tour.
Stomping Ground was founded by craft beer pioneers who wanted to create more than just a brewerythey wanted to build a community hub where beer lovers of all kinds could come together. And thats exactly what weve done!
THE GIG
As a Sales Admin Assistant youll be the backbone of our sales team supporting daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes. Youll handle key administrative tasks assist our sales reps and ensure our customers have the best experience possible. Your role will be vital in keeping our sales operations running smoothly and our beer flowing to the people who love it!
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Experience with sales support order management or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with warehousing software and CRM systems (Unleashed Repsly Board) is beneficial
- A love for great beer and a passion for building strong customer relationships!
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Upload and manage pending orders ensuring accuracy and correct allocation
- Assist sales reps with queries related to stock customers and orders
- Manage special requirement orders and onboard new customers
- Maintain product pricing and update databases
- Process and coordinate large volume orders
- Oversee customer database management and assist with reporting
- Support the Head of Sales with ad hoc administrative duties
