Job Description
Job Title: RN Dialysis
Location: Mather CA 95655
Start Date: April 2025
Shift Schedule: 40 hours per week
Qualification:
Education: BSN / ASN
License: Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in any State of USA
Certifications: BLS ACLS
Experience: 3 years of nursing experience and At least 1 2 years of experience in Dialysis or Nephrology Nursing
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary approach.
- Administer medications and IV therapies following facility policies.
- Monitor and document patient responses to treatments and medications.
- Perform dialysisrelated procedures and assist with surgical/diagnostic procedures.
- Recognize and respond to emergencies initiating lifesaving measures when needed.
- Educate patients and families on medications treatments and dialysis procedures.
- Care for patients with catheters and prostheses ensuring proper maintenance.
- Ensure patient safety privacy and compliance with VA standards.
