Job Description
Salary Range: $22$30 per hour
Location: On-site

Were looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to support our financial operations. This role plays a key part in keeping our books accurate our records clean and our systems running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and process daily financial transactions (digital and cash)
- Reconcile accounts budgets and expense reports monthly
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial files
- Track balances for loans credits and AP/AR accounts
- Generate and support balance sheets income statements and cash flow reports
- Enter and manage financial data in QuickBooks and/or SAP
- Reconcile general ledger entries and bank statements
- Identify discrepancies flag issues and escalate as needed
- Assist during internal and external audits
- Participate in process improvements and software updates
- Support ad-hoc financial reporting as assigned
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be required during peak periods including month-end close and audits.
Work Environment
- Desk-based work; must be able to sit for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs of office supplies
- Maintain an organized workspace in a structured setting
- Collaborate with team members while ensuring financial compliance
Additional Notes
This position requires adaptability attention to detail and the ability to juggle several financial responsibilities at once
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in a clerical accounting role preferably in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (v-lookups pivot tables)
- Experience with QuickBooks SAP or comparable accounting systems
- Deep understanding of accounting principles tax regs and GAAP
- Track record of catching errors reconciling accounts and staying ahead of deadlines
- Solid multitasking and time management skills
- Comfortable working independently and communicating cross-functionally
