We re looking for a Business Operations Analyst to create and analyze reports and track business KPIs while working closely with internal and AWS teams.
Work location Remote from Lviv
Responsibilities:
- Set and track the progress of internal and external KPIs dashboard creation and monitoring
- Prepare key reports for management including identifying gaps opportunities and action items
- Provide data services to the Management supporting decisionmaking with structured insights
- Analyzing various data to devise recommendations and action items including Finance Sales Marketing and other departments
- Work with various tools such as Excel SalesForce Anodot Cost and CloudHealth
- Work closely with internal stakeholders ensuring alignment between different teams and assist with operational tasks

Requirements :
- 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as Business Operations Business Analyst or related fields from a global company
- Working experience with Excel or Google Sheets (including Pivot tables VLookup etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with proven experience in developing reports and dashboards with great attention to detail
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills an ability to track progress structure information and keep things moving
- Ability to work crossfunctionally and influence different teams
- A proactive mindset an ability to see the bigger picture with a handson capability
- Degree in Computer Science Management or equivalent an advantage
- Experience with AWS an advantage
