Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of the companys operations including sales marketing procurement and contract management. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase the companys market share and revenue.
Manage the procurement process negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure costeffective purchasing of materials and services.
Oversee the contract management process including drafting negotiation and review of contracts and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Manage the performance of the sales team set sales targets and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients contractors and suppliers to enhance the companys reputation and competitiveness.
Prepare and present financial reports budgets and forecasts to the senior management team.
Ensure compliance with all legal regulatory and ethical standards in all commercial activities.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles procurement and contract management.
Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Ability to analyze market trends identify opportunities and develop effective strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
Fluent in English knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
